StormBooked

Website analytics privacy

Updated November 2, 2026

We use Vercel Web Analytics on selected public marketing pages to understand visits, page views, referring sites, approximate country, and browser and device information. This analytics service does not use cookies to identify visitors.

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 also measures selected public page views, clicks on walkthrough, inspection-demo and inquiry invitations, and confirmed accepted website requests. An invitation click is not a booking or an accepted inquiry. It can use browser cookies and receives technical information such as device details and approximate location. We send a cleaned public page URL, the referring site’s origin, and only recognized campaign labels. We do not send form contents, contact details, request references or private workspace URLs. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. The Google tag stays off unless enabled in the deployment, and respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Our tracking excludes private workspaces, customer pilots, property pages and login callbacks. We remove query strings and URL fragments from tracked page URLs. We do not send form contents, contact details or homeowner records as analytics events.

When you request a territory walkthrough or send a service inquiry, we store the contact details and message you submit so our team can respond. We also attach only recognized campaign and source labels (such as “Show me my neighborhood” and “LinkedIn”) to that request. Unrecognized values are discarded. We do not store full landing URLs, referring URLs or arbitrary tracking parameters with your request, and only recognized campaign labels can accompany a website analytics event.

To measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising, the same public marketing pages may load the Meta Pixel. When it is on, Meta receives a page view, and a “Lead” event after a territory walkthrough request is confirmed, together with information Meta collects from your browser, such as your IP address, device details and Meta cookies. We turn off Meta’s automatic page scanning and do not send your name, email, phone, company or neighborhood to Meta. The Pixel never loads on private workspaces, customer pilots, property pages or login screens. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Read Meta’s privacy policy.

Exclude this tab from website analytics

To browse without our website analytics, open the site with analytics excluded. This choice stops our Google, Vercel and Meta collection before it starts on that page and persists across public pages in the same tab using session storage. It is useful for team reviews and test visits. It does not identify employees automatically or remove earlier events. A fresh tab session can collect again. If browser storage is unavailable, keep sb_analytics=off on each page you open, or use a browser-wide Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting. These browser signals also keep our website analytics off.

Our website host also processes ordinary request information to serve and secure the site. Analytics collection begins when enabled; it does not reconstruct earlier visits.

Questions, conversations and billing

The website assistant answers from a defined service guide. Its conversation stays in this tab’s memory until you choose to send it. When you send a conversation or service inquiry, we store your submitted details and message in our private inquiry ledger and email them to Michael’s team through our transactional email provider. We use them to respond; they are not sent as analytics events. A failed send can be retried with the same request reference.

To limit automated submissions, we use a keyed hash of the network address provided by our hosting service. Our admission ledger stores this hashed identifier and request reference, not the raw network address. These records are excluded from the active quota after 15 minutes and records older than 24 hours are removed when the next request is processed.

Invoices and payment are handled on the payment provider’s hosted page. Card details do not pass through our chat or forms. Private invoice codes and billing pages are excluded from website analytics. Contact michael@getanswerednow.ai with privacy questions or a deletion request.
