Getting Started

What do you want
working first?

Your next streets. A smoother office handoff. A team that knows the next step. Start with one useful result, and build from there.

Three ways to begin

Start with your day.

You may wear more than one hat. Choose what matters first; we’ll help you connect the rest when you’re ready.

01

For field crews and hands-on owners

Find my next streets

Start with AIM, our property and storm research workspace. Explore your neighborhood and prepare a route for your crew.

We start with
Your confirmed territory, with a guided look at the available property and storm evidence.
Bring to the conversation
The county or neighborhood you work, your crew size and the person who will use AIM.
Your first useful result
You can review a property and prepare the agreed route or list for your crew.

02

For office leads and coordinators

Take pressure off my office

Start with one handoff or follow-up problem. Make the next action and its owner clear.

We start with
A walkthrough of one office workflow, the people involved and the tools it needs.
Bring to the conversation
One task that gets stuck, your current tools and the person who handles it each day.
Your first useful result
An agreed item reaches the right person, gets handled and has a recorded next step.

03

For owners and operators

Connect my team

Start with one workflow connecting the field and office, with clear responsibilities at every step.

We start with
A plan for one team, one workflow and the people responsible for each handoff.
Bring to the conversation
Your first team or location, an office lead and a field rep who can walk through the work.
Your first useful result
A rep completes an item, the office receives it and you can see who owns the next action.

These are starting paths, not subscription tiers. Available tools and services are confirmed for your plan.

After you say yes

Know what happens next.

01

Agree on the plan

Confirm your workflow, territory where needed, team access, price and what a successful start looks like.

02

Prepare your workspace

We identify the tools and inputs needed. You bring the right people; we confirm the setup steps and who owns each one.

03

Do the first task

Work through your own route, property or office handoff. Learn the tools as you use them.

04

Confirm you’re ready

Check the result together, make the next action clear and agree on your support contact and review date.

Before you begin

A few practical answers.

Can I start with just AIM?

Yes—ask for an AIM-focused setup. We’ll confirm the territory, available records and included outputs before agreeing on the plan. Check current source coverage.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

Tell us what you already use. We’ll agree on the handoff and confirm supported exports or integrations before setup. A connection to every CRM is not included by default.

Can my team start together?

Bring an owner or team lead and the people who will use the first workflow. We’ll confirm their access and starting point as part of the plan.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the selected workflow, available territory and any outside systems involved. We’ll agree on a schedule and identify missing inputs before activation.

What does it cost, and when do I pay?

Roofing appointments are $175 each in packs of 5, 10 or 20. See the packs and terms. Scope & supplement support is $60 upfront plus 7% of supplemental funds actually collected. See the supplement service. Territory research and virtual assistants are priced in a proposal that states the price, included tools, provider costs and payment timing. Sending a request does not start a subscription or take a payment.

What if I’m not sure where to start?

Choose the closest path and tell us which task takes too much time. You can change your choice in the request form, and we’ll help you narrow the first step.

One team. One workflow. A useful start.

Bring the problem you want solved and the person who handles it each day. We’ll work out the next step together.
