The qualification standard

Know what you’re
paying for.

Every $175 unit is a human-qualified, homeowner-confirmed roofing inspection appointment.

Before delivery, these seven requirements must be met. You get the context your representative needs for the visit.

Read the full definition
  1. 01

    The right person and property

An owner or authorized decision-maker, a matching property address and a usable phone number.

  2. 02

    A fit for your business

Your agreed cities or ZIP codes, property criteria and roofing scope—including repair versus replacement.

  3. 03

    Real inspection interest

A specific roofing concern or voluntary inspection request, with a practical timeframe.

  4. 04

    Permission for your company

The homeowner agrees to share the necessary details with your named company and receive the agreed follow-up.

  5. 05

    An agreed appointment

Date, time, timezone, expected duration and receiving representative, confirmed with the homeowner. Normally scheduled within seven days.

  6. 06

    A duplicate and conflict check

Checked against StormBooked deliveries, your supplied 90-day opportunity list and existing contractor commitments.

  7. 07

    A private, usable handoff

Appointment ID, qualification notes, permission record and sourced property context. Unknown information stays marked unknown.

Intelligence meets a conversation

Better context.
A personal handoff.

StormBooked’s property and storm context helps focus the work. A real conversation establishes inspection interest and permission.

01 / FOCUS

Agree on your area.

Set cities or ZIP codes, property criteria, receiving representatives and appointment capacity.

02 / QUALIFY

Speak with the homeowner.

Review fit, confirm interest and get permission for your named roofing company to follow up.

03 / BOOK

Deliver a confirmed visit.

Book against agreed availability and provide the private handoff. Track attendance and resolve covered failures.

Storm history provides context. It does not establish roof damage, insurance coverage or a homeowner’s intent to buy.

From conversation to calendar

A handoff your
team can use.

The appointment arrives with the homeowner’s request, agreed visit and qualification notes in one private record.

Contact details are shared only for the requested service and agreed follow-up. Appointment records are not for resale.

Simple packages

Start at five.
Keep the same clear price.

Every package uses the same $175 unit price and qualification standard. Choose a size to request it; nothing is charged until you approve an invoice.

No auto-renewal. No platform subscription required for the initial appointment package.

Any applicable tax is stated separately in your order. Other StormBooked services have their own scope and price.

After you request

Know exactly
what happens next.

You are never charged by submitting a request. Here is the path from your request to your first appointments.

01 / WITHIN 24–48 HOURS

We contact you.

Michael or a member of our sales team reaches out by email or phone to talk through your quantity, your crew and your goals.

02 / BEFORE ANY INVOICE

We confirm your area.

Together we lock in the counties, cities or ZIP codes you want, and confirm we have capacity there. If we can’t serve your area, we tell you and you pay nothing.

03 / YOUR APPROVAL

You approve an invoice.

It states the quantity, price, service area and activation date. Pay only after it matches what we discussed.

04 / ACTIVATION

Delivery begins.

Appointments are booked against your agreed availability and delivered with a private handoff for each visit. Your 30-day service period starts on the activation date.

Clear delivery protection

If a covered appointment fails,
you keep the value.

An approved claim restores one $175 appointment credit. We use that credit to provide a replacement in your agreed area, at no extra charge.

Read the credit & refund terms

What is covered

Invalid or duplicate appointments, qualifying unreachable homeowners, homeowner cancellations and no-shows.

A fair follow-up process

Claim deadlines and evidence requirements apply. Unreachable claims require timely manual follow-up; no-show claims require your representative to attend. Stop contacting a homeowner who opts out.

A defined resolution

We target replacement within 10 business days of approval. Unfulfilled units are refunded under the written 30-day deadlines.

An appointment is an opportunity to inspect. A sold roof, damage finding, insurance outcome or revenue is not guaranteed.

In plain languageA short version. The full terms control.
What can be credited
A wrong person, number or area, or a mismatch with your agreed criteria. A duplicate of your disclosed 90-day list or an already-active opportunity. A homeowner who becomes unreachable after you follow up as required. A homeowner cancellation or no-show.
When to report
Within seven calendar days of delivery. For false interest or permission denial first found at the visit, within seven calendar days of that discovery. For a cancellation or no-show, within seven calendar days of the scheduled appointment. Duplicates need dated evidence.
Unreachable homeowner
Start follow-up within one business day of delivery. Make at least three manual attempts on distinct permitted calling days within four calendar days of the first attempt. Keep a dated log, and stop if the homeowner opts out. A valid visit held despite unanswered confirmation calls stays fulfilled.
Cancellation or no-show
A no-show claim needs your rep to attend the agreed address at the agreed time, wait 15 minutes and log an attempted contact. A cancellation does not. A pre-visit opt-out is credited. A post-visit opt-out does not reverse a valid visit.
How to claim
Email your order and appointment IDs, the claim reason, the dates and a short description. We will arrange a private way to review supporting evidence. Do not send payment credentials or unnecessary homeowner information.
What happens next
We acknowledge a claim within one business day and decide within three business days after we receive the required evidence. An approved claim restores one $175 appointment entitlement. We use it for a replacement in the same agreed area at no additional charge, and we target replacement within ten business days of approval.
Refunds
If we do not activate within seven calendar days of payment, we initiate a full refund within five business days unless you approve a new start date. We initiate the refund for an unfulfilled original unit within five business days after the 30-calendar-day service deadline, unless you elect a written extension. For an unfulfilled replacement, it is within five business days after 30 calendar days from the first credit approval; a failed replacement does not restart that clock. Your payment provider decides when the funds appear.
Not covered
No credit when your rep misses the appointment, your team does not meet the follow-up requirements, you change the territory after delivery, you decline an in-scope job, you lose a competitive estimate, or the inspection finds no damage or covered insurance claim. See the full terms for exclusions.

Your one-stop roofing partner

From the next appointment
to the work behind it.

One StormBooked team can help with the field, the office and the next review. Start with the service you need; each has a clearly agreed scope.

These services are scoped and priced separately. Purchasing appointments does not activate software, answering services or review work.

Before you start

Clear answers.
No loose ends.

Are these appointments exclusive?

StormBooked delivers each appointment to one roofing company and does not resell it to a competing roofer. The homeowner remains free to seek other estimates. An appointment package does not reserve an exclusive territory.

What happens after I request appointments?

We contact you within 24 to 48 hours, confirm your counties or ZIP codes and our capacity there, then send an invoice for your approval. Delivery begins on the activation date we agree together. Requesting is free and commits you to nothing.

Where can you deliver appointments?

Tell us the counties, cities or ZIP codes you want. We confirm we can serve them, and have capacity for your quantity, before we issue an invoice. If we can’t, we say so and you pay nothing. Submitting a request does not reserve an area or start a paid service.

When does delivery start?

Your order records a mutually agreed activation date. The service deadline is 30 calendar days from activation. If we do not activate within seven days of payment, we initiate a full refund within five business days unless you approve a new start.

What happens to an unused balance?

We initiate refunds for unfulfilled original units within five business days after the 30-day service deadline, unless you elect a written extension. Approved replacement credits have their own 30-day deadline from the first approval; a failed replacement does not restart it. See the full refund terms.

Do I need a StormBooked subscription?

No platform subscription is required for the initial appointment package. If you also want territory tools, virtual assistants or review support, we define those services and their pricing separately.

Is this a guarantee of roof replacement work?

No. We confirm a qualified inspection appointment. The inspection may find no damage, and the homeowner may choose not to buy. Your team owns the inspection, estimate and sales process.
