StormBooked Qualified Appointments

A clear standard.
A clear remedy.

Qualification, delivery, credit and refund terms.

Published October 15, 2026

01 / Your order

Agree on the service first.

These terms form the basis of a StormBooked Qualified Appointments order. Before payment, your accepted order identifies the contracting parties, quantity, price, cities or ZIP codes, property and roofing criteria, receiving team, appointment availability and activation date.

The price is $175 per fulfilled appointment: five appointments for $875, ten for $1,750 or twenty for $3,500. Any applicable tax is stated separately. The initial package is prepaid after readiness is confirmed, with no auto-renewal or recurring card charge. A platform subscription is not required.

We contact you within 24 to 48 hours of your request to confirm your service area, availability and capacity before an invoice. An inquiry or website visit does not activate a service, reserve a territory or create a payment obligation. Software, virtual assistants and review support require separate scope and pricing.

02 / Qualification

What counts as an appointment.

One unit is a human-qualified, homeowner-confirmed roofing inspection appointment delivered to one roofing company in its agreed service area, subject to the credit and replacement policy below. A saved phone number, storm-exposed address or unanswered call is not a billable unit.

  1. The right person and property. An owner or authorized decision-maker, a matching property address and a usable phone number.
  2. A fit for your business. Your agreed cities or ZIP codes, property criteria and roofing scope—including repair versus replacement.
  3. Real inspection interest. A specific roofing concern or voluntary inspection request, with a practical timeframe.
  4. Permission for your company. The homeowner agrees to share the necessary details with your named company and receive the agreed follow-up.
  5. An agreed appointment. Date, time, timezone, expected duration and receiving representative, confirmed with the homeowner. Normally scheduled within seven days.
  6. A duplicate and conflict check. Checked against StormBooked deliveries, your supplied 90-day opportunity list and existing contractor commitments.
  7. A private, usable handoff. Appointment ID, qualification notes, permission record and sourced property context. Unknown information stays marked unknown.

StormBooked sells the appointment to one contractor only and does not recycle it to a competing roofer. The homeowner may seek other estimates. The order does not grant an exclusive territory.

The default scope is residential roofing inspection interest. Any roof-age, material, property or project restrictions must be agreed in the order and supported by available evidence. No roof replacement, damage finding, insurance claim or coverage, signed job or revenue is guaranteed.

03 / Delivery & use

Keep the handoff accountable.

The 30-calendar-day service period begins on the mutually recorded activation date. If activation does not occur within seven calendar days of payment, we initiate a full refund within five business days unless you approve a new start date.

Your order records a primary representative, backup, timezone, approved slots, expected appointment duration and daily or weekly capacity. You provide the agreed duplicate list and report the visit outcome by the next business day.

Use homeowner information only for the requested service and agreed follow-up. Do not resell it. Stop contact immediately when a homeowner opts out. Rescheduling requires both homeowner and contractor agreement; the same household and project cannot be invoiced again as a new appointment.

A unit is fulfilled or settled after the applicable claim window when it is a valid held appointment or a documented contractor failure that is not creditable under these terms. Unknown outcomes remain pending. A future booking alone does not satisfy the 30-day service deadline.

04 / Covered claims

When an appointment is credited.

Each approved claim restores one $175 appointment entitlement. A replacement consumes that restored entitlement. It is not both an extra credit and a second free appointment.

Invalid contact, service area or scope

A wrong number or person, wrong area, or mismatch with the agreed service criteria is covered. Report the appointment ID within seven calendar days of delivery. False interest or permission denial first discovered at the visit is covered when reported within seven calendar days of that discovery.

Duplicate or already-active opportunity

The same household and project is covered when it appears on your disclosed 90-day list or is a documented pre-existing active opportunity. Report within seven calendar days of delivery and provide dated evidence.

Homeowner becomes unreachable

Start follow-up within one business day of delivery. Make at least three manual attempts on distinct permitted calling days within four calendar days of the first attempt, and submit the claim within seven calendar days of delivery. Keep a dated attempt log. Stop on opt-out; no further attempts are required.

If a valid visit is held despite unanswered confirmation calls, the unit remains fulfilled. An earlier unanswered call alone does not qualify it for a credit.

Homeowner cancellation or no-show

Report within seven calendar days of the scheduled appointment. For a no-show, your representative must attend the agreed address at the agreed time, wait 15 minutes and log an attempted contact.

A pre-visit opt-out is credited and further contact must stop. A post-visit opt-out also stops further contact but does not reverse a valid fulfilled visit.

05 / Exclusions

What the service does not cover.

A credit is not available when your representative misses the appointment, your team fails the follow-up requirements above, you change the territory after delivery, decline an in-scope job, lose a competitive estimate, or the inspection finds no damage or covered insurance claim.

StormBooked does not guarantee a closed sale. The contractor is responsible for conducting the inspection, preparing estimates, making any permitted representations and managing its own sales process.

06 / Resolution & refunds

One claim. A defined timeline.

Acknowledge
We acknowledge a claim within one business day.
Decide
We decide within three business days after receiving the required evidence.
Replace
We target a replacement in the same agreed area within ten business days of approval, using the restored appointment credit at no additional charge.
Refund an unfulfilled replacement
If the replacement obligation remains unfulfilled, we initiate its refund within five business days after 30 calendar days from the first credit approval. Failed replacements do not restart that clock.
Refund an unfulfilled original unit
We initiate the refund within five business days after the 30-calendar-day service deadline, unless you elect a written extension. Future bookings alone do not count as fulfillment by that deadline.

Refund timing above describes when we initiate the refund. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account. A credit replaces or refunds the original entitlement; it does not create a second payable unit.

07 / Request help

Make the next step clear.

Email michael@getanswerednow.ai with your order and appointment IDs, the claim reason, relevant dates and a concise description. We will arrange a private way to review supporting evidence. Do not send payment credentials or unnecessary homeowner information.
