StormBooked / Roofing supplement service
Your evidence.
A supported supplement.
Start with your job photos, the insurer’s itemized estimate and signed homeowner authorization. A named specialist reviews the evidence and prepares the supported supplement in Xactimate, with carrier delivery defined in your agreed scope.
Sign in or request account access on the next screen. We confirm your scope, assigned specialist and expected timing before work begins.
From your file to the carrier
A person at each step.
Bring the originals
Save the latest insurer estimate, job photos, claim details and signed homeowner authorization in your private submission. Tell us what needs attention without recreating the insurer’s estimate.
Prepare and review
Your specialist checks the supplied evidence, requests missing information and prepares the supported result in Xactimate. The finished output receives a named review.
Deliver the reviewed work
Where carrier delivery is included, we confirm the recipient and attachments, send the reviewed result and copy the homeowner. Follow-up responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
A useful starting file
Start with what
you already have.
Your photos, the insurer’s itemized estimate, claim details and signed homeowner authorization give the specialist a place to begin. We confirm what else the particular file needs before final review and delivery.

The claim and the right contacts
Identify the property, carrier and claim, plus the contractor, carrier recipient and homeowner.
Signed homeowner authorization
Upload the actual signed authorization document with the initial file for the team to review.
The reviewer may also need measurements, policy documents, declarations, endorsements, code or manufacturer references. Depreciation releases need the applicable final invoice and completion evidence.

Before work begins, we confirm the assignment, included work and expected timing for your file. Your support contact helps resolve questions and missing inputs.
Our team supports supplement estimating and documentation in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We confirm the assigned specialist’s eligibility for your file.
- Preparation and delivery
- The assigned specialist, required documents, finished output and carrier-delivery responsibilities.
- Follow-up and corrections
- Who handles carrier responses, the included revision and follow-up work, and when you should expect the next update. A follow-up round is not automatically a new supplement.
- Timing and support
- A file-specific start plan, a contact for questions and a clear route for urgent issues. Timing depends on the documents and work required; the carrier controls its own response.
- Price and collections
- $60 upfront plus 7% of actual supplemental collections, or $60 flat for a depreciation release. Payment, cancellation and any refund terms are confirmed with your scope.
Before the first file
Practical answers.
What does the fee look like on a collected supplement?
If $5,000 in supplemental funds is actually collected, the fee is $60 + $350 = $410. This is a fee example, not a claim result. The $60 upfront fee still applies if there are no supplemental collections; the 7% portion is based only on funds actually collected.
Can I start without building my own supplement?
Yes. Start with your photos, the insurer’s itemized estimate, claim details and signed homeowner authorization. Your specialist prepares the supported supplement in Xactimate and identifies any additional evidence needed. Existing estimates and measurements are useful supporting documents.
Will you handle the carrier’s questions?
We agree on the carrier-delivery and follow-up responsibilities before work starts, including corrections, revision rounds and your support contact. Confirm those responsibilities for your file before submitting payment.
How do I get an account or check an existing file?
Open supplement submissions to sign in. If you are new, use the account-access request on that screen with your company name, business email and service states. For a question about an existing file, contact our team.
Does sending a supplement mean the carrier will approve it?
The carrier decides whether to approve the request. Preparation, delivery, carrier approval and money collected are separate steps. We work from the supplied evidence and keep the requested amount separate from the actual outcome.
